Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at MARSONIPRINT. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and ship your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within [2-4] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands) after your payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer than usual — if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the shipping carrier, and circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping, Customs, Duties and Taxes
We may ship to selected international destinations. Please note that for orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are levied once the package reaches the destination country.
Customs policies vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), where available. The tracking number will be active within [24–48] hours.
Delays
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Damages and Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@marsoniprint.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within [7] days so we can assist you. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Returns
For information about returns, exchanges, and refunds, please see our Refund Policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
